The ACADIE NEW ENERGY (ANE) 125kW/261kWh integrated liquid-cooled energy storage system is adopted. Additionally, a photovoltaic MPPT module and a diesel generator interface component are configured to form an integrated system for photovoltaic-diesel generator energy storage system. Through the EMS within the system, the complementary input of photovoltaic and diesel generator is achieved, ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the oil well pumping machine in the absence of grid power supply.

Background of the Plan

The oil wells located in remote oil areas are not covered by the power grid, so diesel generators are needed to provide power for the pumping machines. The diesel generator drive has problems such as high production costs, high labor intensity, and poor safety and stability. Using a photovoltaic-storage system to power the pumping machines can reduce production costs and achieve green, low-carbon and sustainable development of the oilfield.

Overview of the Plan

The ACADIE NEW ENERGY (ANE) 125kW/261kWh integrated liquid-cooled energy storage system is adopted. Additionally, a photovoltaic MPPT module and a diesel generator interface component are configured to form an integrated system for photovoltaic-diesel generator energy storage system. Through the EMS within the system, the complementary input of photovoltaic and diesel generator is achieved, ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the oil well pumping machine in the absence of grid power supply.

  • Zero carbon extraction

Photovoltaic power generation drives the pumping unit for oil extraction, eliminating the need for external power grid connection, achieving zero carbon extraction.

The integrated air-cooled energy storage system adopts the All-In-One design concept, integrating the power distribution system, power conversion system, battery system, EMS system, temperature control system, and fire protection system. It has a small footprint and can be multi-cabinet and multi-combined to achieve larger capacity expansion. The battery part of the system adopts a four-level fire protection and safety design, ensuring the highest system safety; the power conversion part uses the third-generation SiC components, with an energy conversion efficiency 1% to 2% higher than that of conventional systems, bringing higher economic benefits to the operators and shortening the investment recovery period. This system can be widely applied in industrial and commercial parks, charging and discharging stations, distributed photovoltaic power stations, and other scenarios.

The integrated air-cooled battery power generation system adopts the All-In-One design concept, integrating the power distribution system, power conversion system, battery system, EMS system, temperature control system, fire protection system, etc. into one.
